Special air cap design with a simple maintenance is not easy to remain the coating material.
Spray nozzle and needle are made by SUS303 stainless steel and allow spraying the water basis coating material.
The Teflon seal ring is used to hold tightly the spray needle and could resist chemical solvent, acid, alkali…etc.
