AUTOMATIC DOOR SPRAYING MACHINE
The machine is suited for painting a variety of doors. The picture shown is a combination of two machines. An automatic turning device islocated between the two booths. It permits for double surface painting of a door in a single feed.

AUTOMATIC DOOR TURNING DEVICE
It is mounted between the two painting machines. The holders are fitted onto the turning device for door delivery.

FEATURES:

NO DAMAGE TO PAINTED SURFACES:
The door is fixed at both ends by the two holders. The conveyor only contacts the holders while in door delivering and turning operations. Painted doors that are not yet dry can be stacked with no damage to the painted surfaces.

POWERED ADJUSTMENT OF CONVEYOR WIDTH:
It provides fast and convenient adjustment to meet variation in door width.

THICKER COATING PERFORMANCE:
The machine uses a horizontal coating process, giving a thicker coating film than vertical coating, and avoiding paint dripping problems.

FAST PAINT CLEANING:
The circulated paint cleaning system provides convenient and fast cleaning of the entire circuit when color change is required.

CONVENIENT MOTION CONTROL:

The automatic turning device and conveyor are driven by the same power source, which allows the conveyor to stop or start as desired without any abnormal motions occurring.
