1. Power Switch
Always keep the power switch on unless there’s a special circumstance.
2. Oil Level Alert
When the light flashes and buzzer sounds, oil storage is below the safe level (lower limit). Turn off the machine for lubricant refill.
3. Timer Stoppage Controller
This controller functions for calculating the lubricant refilling time. For instance, when the controller is set at 15 seconds, the timer of lubricant refilling controller will be automatically cut off when the conveyer stops operation for 15 seconds. When the conveyer starts operating again, the timer resumes its timing function.
4. Lubricant Quantity Controller
The lubricant quantity controller is usually set at 0.2 ~ 0.3 second with a function of controlling the lubricant dispensing quantity.
5. Lubricant Dispensing Time Setting Controller
The controller is designed for setting the dispense quantity. One clockwise turn of the timer is 24 hours. For actual operating time, each scale stands for 15 minutes; hence four scales total one hour. An insert (copper insert for “Start Operation”; silver insert for “Stop Operation”) is used for controlling. For example, 60 minutes are required for a circle operation of conveyor, thus place the copper insert on the scale showing “24” and silver insert on the scale showing “1”. Lubricant dispensing will stop after 60 minutes.
6. Lubricating Indicator
This lamp flashes when dispenser is in normal operation.
7. Air-pressure Power Cutoff Device
The device is installed inside the dispenser for cutting off the power supply.
8. Fuse
Please use a 2AMP fuse.
9. Tactile Switch Socket
The Tactile Switch is for connection with oil spray.
